I've got a wheelset off a 2019 Spec tarmac (11 speed) that I want to put a 12 speed microspline cassette on.

Hub is unbranded which doesn't help - what do I need to convert it to microspline?

That is a formula OEM hub, could be a tricky to source but Spesh might at least be able to tell you exactly which model of hub it is.
