Any experiences? How much is a digital version of a paper OS explorer map?
I find it doesn't plot my tracks very accurately at all. It's as if it takes waypoints and draws straight lines between them. Not really played with it that much though

They do a whole bunch of regions and include the maps.
The MemoryMap app is expensive and doesn't include any maps.
As for track recording, [url= http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/motionx-gps/id299949744?mt=8 ]MotionX[/url] is as good as anything, and cheap.
can't see any explorers there Rip, and it doesn't have half of the functionality of Memory Map.
Snowslave, perhaps there is a sample interval that can be altered. Some GPSes will have different modes for car, walking etc and will have different sample rates accordingly.
Bit of a highjack but has anyone tried bikemate app for the iPhone ? I've downloaded the lite one but not had a chance to try it out yet .
