So, I've lost my training manual in a tidy up, turns out that Scottish Cycling charge £36 pounds for a replacement. Shame I never bought a Kindle edition....
Has anyone got one they would be willing to give or sell to me, I want to arrange my TCL assessment and it is a few years since I did the training.
