Have (had!) a Maxxis Rekon on the back of my 27.5+ bike.
2 rides on it and the bead has died ☹️Appeared to happen while going uphill, but definitely haven't ragged it. No other damage on the tyre.
Unfortunately, I bought from CRC (a while ago, but only recently fitted it).
Is it worth bothering to try and warranty through CRC, or should I just contact Maxxis directly? Is this even something they'd warranty?

I'd email Maxxis and see what they say. Presumably you still have receipt?
