I know what you get with Maxxis but I'm drawn to the Onza's Simply for a change.

No idea what the Onza's are like but the tread pattern is very similar between the HRII and the Ibex. Would be running them tubeless so anyone have any words of wisdom about either tyre?

Been running Ibex for 2 years tubeless.

Awesome tyre, bit lighter than a HR2 but no issue with longevity.

Another vote for the ibex. Great tyre although completely failed to run mine tubeless.

Jambo - mine have gone up tubeless every time, might be worth doing an extra wrap of tape round the rim. What rims are you using?

Ibex are sweet. I just tried the lynx recently too, and quite liked it.
It's not quite as grippy as the ibex, but I like a tiny bit of slide ๐Ÿ™‚

The Canis looks like it would be good for going fast too.

Now where's the best place to pick up the Onza's?

They come from the same factory (CST) - hence the similarities with Maxxis
