Does anybody use hookworm for general riding roads, touring etc,

I live out in the sticks and it is about a 10 mile mission into town to ride decent street.
I do the commute to the ride spots and also my daily commute to uni (also 10 miles) on hookworms.
They are rather big (2.5) but a great tyre.
If it was for dedicated commute/roads I may look for something narrower as these are huge, HUGE I tell ya 😉

I use one on my indoor unicycle, it's really good.
