Any opinions on the Chronicle? I'm particularly interested in the 29+ size. Easy to go tubeless? I'd be using a Dually. Are they holding up well? And most importantly has that huge yellow logo toned down any with use? Comparisons with any other +plus you've used?

I've been using the Chronicle for about 6 months.
Great tyre. I used it through the winter gloop and found that it gripped well. It saved me a couple times over my Spec Purgatory 2.3. The drag isn't too bad on the road either. I recently did 60 miles with the Chronicle on my SS Stooge.
It's great on dusty trails too. Carries enough speed and grips well in the corners. Very comfortable. I set it up tubless on a rabbit hole in about 5 minutes with a track pump.

Easy to go tubeless? Yes! very easy on a Dually with Stans spunk and 2 wraps of gorilla tape.
Are they holding up well? Thankfully Yes at over £60 an end.
And most importantly has that huge yellow logo toned down any with use? Maybe a bit.

I did 76km on the Wildboar Chase over the weekend. Bloody ace tyre for the job on the Krampus.

12psi Front and 18 in the back seems to be about right. Though on harder dustier trails I'd be tempted to run them a little harder as the shoulder lugs tend to wriggle a bit at low pressures.

Got the 3" ones on Dually rims, run tubeless, no issues and loving them.
Only tried the Knards otherwise but much prefer the Chronicles, grippier but still roll well.

Yep - love my 3" version - got a great deal at Alltricks.com with free delivery from France if you're not averse to Euro-online shopping...

The folks who have set up tubeless, what version have you been using? The TR one or regular, 60 or 120tpi?

120tpi tubeless on Duallies here. Set up over a month ago with gorilla tape dead easy and have not lost any air . Its a really nice tyre/rim combo.

Mine were the 120tpi versions and went up first time nice and easy. Didn't like them though, too squirmy below 14 psi and packed up with mud in the central channel. Running the Chupacabras now, much much better.

Split tubeless on Rabbit Holes and an ace tyre, slower than Knard but more grip 🙂
