I'm trying to swap my DUC's to a new frame that has approx a 20mm lower stack height. I don't want to lower my bars if possible but there appears no way of safely attaching them at a height that i would like them at. has anyone else experienced this, if so is there a way round it?

Different stem? higher riser bars or you can insert spacers betwteen the crown & stem (needs longer bolts) I've made a bracket that to mount the battery box for my lights the same way, not the best picture of it but you get the idea.

Are you using the correct crown? Maverick do 3 (Low, Medium & High) to suit different stack heights.

Dibbs - I think he means his bars will be lower than he wants even though the Maverick web site says he's using the right crown for the frame.
scruff - the lights are nearly 2000 lumens & more light than I ever need, the rat trap is a bit of aluminium box section to house the batteries, 3 small bolts & a bar clamp to fit the lights.
