2010 apparently saw a turn around in the QC for the TST2. Any actual users thoughts?
I've got 3 pairs of 2010 forks.
One pair I bought on here as 'not working properly' and sent off to windwave for a full service at £65 inc posted back.
They replaced the seals as per a normal service and bled the TST cartridge but had to do no other work on them.
The pairs I've had from new have both been fine.

Its all irrelevant. You're already sewing doubts in your own mind about their reliability. Which means; if you buy a pair, they'll be back in the shop with a warranty claim within a fortnight anyway
What the hell do you do to forks? Seriously? Whats the problem you've had with Rock Shox, Hora? And what models? I've been running them for years with just the occasional service, without any issues. You've 'broken' previous Marzocchi's too, haven't you?
What are the actual (as opposed to 'imagined') problems you're getting with them?
44 Micro Ti's run at 45psi and I weight about 12st - think they've changed the later ones to run at higher pressures though?
binners view does have some validity, though, I think the issue is going to be more about how you feel about them than how they actually perform?
I had a set of 08 TST2 that went back two or three times from memory. Plus a 55 R where the rebound cart failed within days!

Don't know how to describe it really. Bit too soft on low speed stuff (braking, cornering etc) but rattled your fillings out on big stuff.
I recall there being a mod you could do to improve it by adding a shim stack. There's a thread on MTBR about it - don't know if that still works on new ones though.
