My mate Martin has one of these forks on his Kona 5-0. It's been working very well but has developed a bad knock when braking. There seems to be unusual forward/back movement in the damper leg where the stanchion enters the seal. What's likely to be the problem?
He's quite disappointed that this fault has developed as he's had the bike less than one year, rides just a few hours a week and barely rode it over winter/spring. 🙁
