I have built a Kona coiler deluxe bike up and have fitted some Marz z1 Sport Forks 150mm. I have never used forks with this much travel before - so i just wanted to make sure that i had them set up right and they are making the right noises.
I currently have 1 bar of air in each side (i weigh 200lbs), i have noticed that when loading to bunny hop, when i actually spring in the air the forks clunk as they reach the top - is this normal??

i have a z1 sport rv and have never noticed any top out clunk. it could be that you have too much or too little air in the fork.
the fork should compress about a quarter of its travel when you sit on the bike. stivk a zip tie on the frok leg and play about with the air pressure until you get to this.
also check that the rebound adjustment at the bottom of the fork leg is not set on fast. turn it to the middle and then try adjusting it either way in small incriments until you find a setting that works for you.
