Manitou tech m grease
At least monthly and whenever it starts squeaking
Any grease gun, but you can get a specific one with a long pointy nozzle which makes it easier.
Wipe the dirt off the nipples before you inject grease.
Simples!

Yeah same as above but dont do it as much as once a month. Ive only had to replace one set of buhes in 5 years of regular riding. Great system. Dont force grease in though, if you cant get anymore grease in they're done.

It's worth disassembling the horst pivot once in a while as grease injection doesn't always penetratevery well into this one.

Are there any cheaper alternatives to the "official" gun, i've looked on on CRC and they £42 for the gun and grease, seems a expensive to me?

Cheers

Just get the Manitou gun or any Dualco one. Should be £10 tops.

Turner now recommend SuperLube rather than PREPm...It's cheaper than PREPm and can be bought from RS Components

Get hold of this nozzle and use a pipe bender to bend it as per the Turner greas gun http://www.billys.co.uk/english/group.php?prod=2dul-mininoz

I'm using SuperLube too. Way less messy.
