I'm giving my mates 2005 66 RC's a simple service as they have never been done! I have a few issues.
Firstly the rebound adjuster on the top of the right leg is stuck and cannot be moved - any ideas on why?
After stripping down, cleaning, fresh oil, there is a slight clunking coming from the compression leg that sounds like the spring knocking. Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

Right, fixed the stuck rebound knob.
Still getting a clunk though. It happens on the rebound and is not a top out. I happens mid rebound stroke.. anyone?
