Coming to the end of a longish road ride this afternoon, there was a chap walking his MTB along the road. Miles from anywhere and he clearly had a flat tyre (though only at the bottom....).

He's on his phone talking 'foreign' to some Jonnie or other.I gave him a squirt from one of my CO2 bulbs and sent him on his way. He was one of the local Latvian's we've acquired out for a Sunday ride, just forgot a pump/puncture kit. Not had a puncture for over a year says he, so no need to carry spares....

To be fair t should come around at some point. It's only right to check out stationary bike and rider to see what the problem. One day it WILL be you.
