It may be a bit silly question, but I'm trying to figure out how it works: I've got 120mm Marvel, they came with the spacer to reduce the travel to 100mm. I understand that adding this spacer reduces travel (doh!), but does this action also reduce the axle-crown length? I can't think of how ADDING A SPACER would REDUCE A LENGTH of something...
If someone has performed this, could you let me know, please? Thanks!

Yes, it should reduce the length of the fork.
The space reduces the effective length of the air shaft by stopping it fully extending, hence reducing the length of the fork.
