hi there singletrackworld forum members.
this is my first ever post on a forum dispite the shear amount of help i have found from them.
but anyways here goes.
i have a manitou dorado sc fork and am have alot of problems finding any spares for them.
i need;
1. soft and medium coils (i have only the firm one and it is very firm)
2. the disc brake mounts (these are very specific to the droado forks) does anyone know if the newer dorado mount will fit and work.
3. the rebound adjuster knob (bottom right leg)
i have been hunting everywhere and have failed to find anything.
so if anyone can either point me in the direction of any or sell me any i would pay good money for the parts.
also the is a rattling noise coming from the spring side is this normal i assumed the coil was moving around a bit.
i highly appreciate any help.
Hotlines are the distributor, so any shop that has an account with them should be able to get spares. or CRC who are owned by/own hotlines
i tried hotlines who told me to contact manitou direct who told me they havent stocked any dorado sc parts in 5 years they then suggested crc who i phoned earlier and they could help either.also tried tftuned who couldnt help. its very frustrating gettting passed around companies
just praying someone may have some spare parts on here
