Got some 24Seven SLACKERs Hora you can have for a bottle of wine / a tenner.
On eBay at the moment if you want a look at them. Grip etc is on a par with my Nukeproofs but a bit more bulk to them (but you do get an integrated bottle opener).
Got some v8s in sale if ya need them and can't be chuffed driving to Marple.
I'm led to believe that you are a gentleman of larger stature. I found DMR V8s a little on the small side, so you may want something with a larger platform. Did you have anything particular in mind?
Well I have a pair of nearly new grimly coloured Onitsuka Tiger trainers with soft waffle grips crying out for murderous pins. V8/V12s may be too tame? Ive found 1 old v8 pedal that is 'tame'. Ta for the 'V offers 🙂
Ideally hoping for as close to grippy/throw together flat combo free experiment as possible..
