..can I use an 11 speed cassette and shifter with a long cage 10 speed mech?

Less than 170 from crc if you re use your cranks and chainring(provided its in a good enough state)

I'm running a 10s shifter with an 11s mech, both shimano, so it might work?

If you're buying individual bits, give it a try and report back, worst is that you need it anyway but if it works then happy days

pull is different between the rear mechs. you'd have to add a spacer on the mech arm. just buy the mech
