Anyone got alternative phone number for the Magura UK service centre than the one on the Magura website? I've sent my forks to them after someone there guaranteed they would be back in a week, but I've now heard nothing and cannot get through to them on the phone or e-mail. They are always engaged or I get an international ringtone.
I need my forks back for the nat champs next weekend so I'm slightly concerned at the moment. On Friday I eventually got called back by someone from the German office but they said they could only pass on my details to the UK folk and I've still heard nothing. Can anyone help?

I think there are only 2 blokes work there. Tony and Dave. Tony is often out selling and Dave usually is up to his neck servicing forks & brakes. If the phone isn't answered straight away it diverts to Germany.
Don't know what happens if they're on holiday. Keep calling.
I spoke to Tony (I think that was his name) about 3 weeks ago, he was juggling work as Dave was in hospital. It may be that Dave is still off?
Like BigJohn says, Tony is often out on the road and may only be in once or twice a week.
Seemed very helpful when I spoke to him and got things turned around very quickly when he dealt with the warranty issue.
