Hi chaps,

purchased a new set of lyrik solo air forks from Evans over the weekend (they price match CRC). I was going to fit a spacer tonight to reduce them to 160mm but upon giving them a good push up and down when i removed them from the box i've noticed a slight knocking/clunk when you compress the forks and let them rebound, they clunk before they have fully extended.

Slightly concerned that this is not normal! ANy ideas what it could be?

Thanks
Hugh

I have a similar issue with a clunk on rebound. I'm going to strip them and refill them with the exact amount of oil.

I'm thinking it may be the damper side having the incorrect oil level. Will drain it out tomorrow and see if anything changes!

Having loads of low speed compression damping can also make them feel a bit clunky. Back off all the settings and see if that does anything.

Do you mean the one which reduces the travel or something else?
