Got my new Lyrik's yesterday and have them all fitted and stuff. Just wondering what settings people are using?
I know it's all personal preference and will needs tweaking as time goes by to get them right for me but just looking to get an idea. I know RS recommend the 4-4 set-up and will probably start there but some user set-ups would be good..
They're going on an Intense 6.6 so running them @ 170mm.
I'm 14st, riding fast (loose) stuff without too much air time or big drops.
Anyone care to share their settings?
Steve

Sounds like similar riding to me, I have fast pretty much off, low at about 6 -8 I think. Mine are coil at 160mm, but I bloody love 'em 15st, with no riding gear/cloths and fist full of helium baloons. ๐Ÿ™‚

I have 0-1 clicks of high speed and about 4-5 clicks of low speed, rebound just until it feels right (probably not very helpful).

Cheers guys. Done a few rides on them now so getting the settings dialled quite nicely. I'm running 2 high, 5 low at the moment.
Very impressed with them compared to my old Van 36 RC2's too ๐Ÿ™‚

I've got a bit more than half way towards fast on the rebound. No idea what I did on the compression settings but its not at either extreme - sort of middle! They feel great.

I've ended up with low high-speed (might be on the lowest setting in fact) and a lot more low speed for support in holes and that, can be a wee bit chattery on really fast lumps and a bit abrupt on ugly landings but works well on just about everything else. That's a coil one though so air might work a wee bit different.
