Is there really that much difference?
Geometry seems pretty similar with the Lysnkey Ridgeline and Cove Hummer for instance. Have On-One moved manufacturer?

Yes, they are all different; built to the specifications of the brands concerned, within the technical constraints of the material. Lots of steel an ally bikes are made in the same factories as each other too, but that doesn't make them the same. On-one have changed supplier for the new 456, and it looks like it will be much cheaper than the Lynskey-built brands.
