Anyone know where you can get replacements or even what that specific connector is called? One of the wires has broken off the one on my battery, & it doesn't looks like you can dismantle them

You can buy an extension cord and use the connector from that...

I believe these are Molex 1625 connectors.

I WANT SOME OF THESE TOO!

Please.

Or a job lot of some other better connector so I can change all my batteries and lamps over. Cos let's face it, they are shit.

8p each!
That's just the shell. You buy the pins separately and they probably need a special crimp tool.

Might be worth looking at Radio Control battery connectors and just swapping both ends.

If you are going to the trouble of swapping both ends (which is risky cos the battery is always live, you need to be super careful to avoid shorting it out) then you might as well chose something properly waterproof.

Damn hoped it'd be simpler, may have a tired battery I can stead the connector off & solder on to the cables instead.
Better connectors would be nice but I'd still need one of those connectors as a converter for the charger

Be careful cutting the connectors off old batteries. If you just snip it off, it'll short the battery out and ruin it I think.
