Any of the numbered trails any good?

Yes, they are great. Narrow twisty singletrack through the trees. They are linked by a snaking fireroad so you can do bits of different ones. Lots of unmarked trails, too, easy to find from the fireroad and they all lead to the same place. There is a nice trail if you climb 100m or so from the top.
