Think I've asked this a couple times before and didn't really get a response so third time lucky! Have a Lyrik RC2DH air 170mm fork I'd like to reduce to 150mm as there doesn't seem to be many options for decent used 26" forks around at the minute (unless anyone reading happens to want to trade theirs!). Plus the Lyrik is rock solid and a nice feeling fork.

I know it can be done - emailed j tech about getting some parts for it - they said it's possible but there are a couple different types that will need different parts. I can't really afford to send it in to be done and I'd like to try it myself. So how do I tell what parts I need and where to get them from? The fork is adjustable down to 160mm as standard so I assume the process is the same as in the manual, just with a different spacer?

I have no idea if this will work on the Lyrik, but what I did on some 1st Gen Pikes was stack some nylon washers on the rebound rod between the rebound circuit on the end of the rod and the nylon plate that fitted into the bottom of the CSU. I used 2mm thick nylon washers with a 10mm id from eBay. They cost pennies and worked perfectly.

You may need different washers (size) and may be able to do it on both sides, air and damping.

Found this in the manual - https://imgur.com/a/Jc9InGi

So am I to assume that I just need to fit a 20mm all-travel spacer instead of the 10mm one pictured, to lower to 150mm?

And if so I'm guessing these will work? https://www.tftuned.com/rockshox-all-travel-spacer-kit-all-2010-forks/p2092
