Noticed recently that my neck and forearms are getting a little weaker, kicks in around the three hour mark.
Don't know if it's age related or not, but I've started to use some loose weights after my Turbo sessions in a rather ad-hoc way.
I'm having a 40 minute session, then 20 minutes on the weights.
Don't really know what I'm doing though, but basically I do curls, that lift from my sides upward? and that one were you bend over! and lift the weight from floor to chin? plus lateral stretches whilst holding a large weight.
Any better ideas of how to use those 20 minutes?
For the road bike BTW.

Sounds pretty good to me , I've started doing Bodypump which gives you an all over workout and feel a lot better for it, especially the core and back muscles
