Nah, just wondering exactly how much black paint was used to make those Konas look brand new 😉

And you really don't see enough pro-level, "sponcered" track bikes with low-rider mounts these days...

that track bike is wrong on so many counts

can't believe the stem

rather than slide grips inward and then cut the bers, just go straight through the lot with a hacksaw?

reach to brake lever ?

slack chain

and flat bars on a track bike is surely unusual for someone who is good enough to be sponsored

"I have recently started a bike business"

And in other news, he found a load of blank paint.

That is a genuine Spesh though although a "downhill bike" it may not be.

Hadn't spotted the stem! Last time I saw that was on a brand new, fairly pricy crabon fribe road bike named after a successful British cyclist. Friend of a friend was proudly showing off his new bike. Had to point it out and remove the spacers to refit it. As the stem had already been flipped up, this put the front end too low. Shonkfest.

Either someone is pulling his plonker or is he bidding his own stuff up! Brand new account with 0 feedback is winning two of his bikes. The new accounts biddign activity is 73% on the vendors account!

Looks dodgy as hell from every angle. But still not as dodgy as the steerer/stem!

Nice neat welds on that carbon fibre frame. I guess that sort of craftsmanship is only available to sponcered riders

Ebay obviously working really hard to prevent shill bidding then!

The more you look at that Bianchi thing, the funnier it gets (until someone actually buys it). It's less Wiggo and more Wiggum.

I'm guessing the carbon fibre in the title relates to "Also has Carbon fibre spacers" which makes it all worthwhile.

As DaveyBoy has already pointed out, that IS a real Specialized, an FSR from 98-99 from what I remember, although obviously paint and decals not original.

That Bianchi is a bit 'special' though...

Loving the track bike with a front mech mount, downtube gear cable stops and a disc mount on the fork!

I'm liking the Konas.. 'like brand new' but with mechs and shifters removed for that shonky ghetto singlespeed vibe and no front brakes 🙂

That's what his new "Bike business" is - stealing them, mixing up all the components at random then a quick lick of blackboard paint - job's a good 'un innit!
