So are you saying

"Should I go for the green or the carbon?"

if it was me I would ditch the green. (and the bar ends ๐Ÿ™‚

This may be the neediest thread ever. ๐Ÿ™‚

Your forks are green, or carbon effect. You're fitting them to a bike which has white bits, bright yellow bits and black bits, arranged in a combination that could only be devised by Scott. It really, really doesn't matter. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sorry for the asking.

It's not so much the asking, it's just that no-one had any idea what you were on about.

If you posted a thread saying, 'what do you think of the colour of these forks?', with a picture of the forks, you might have got a better response (although actually people would probably just have taken the piss anyway). ๐Ÿ˜‰

so if your motivation is performance then the colour doesnt matter, surely?

Okay, IMO the green looks naff on your bike (as do the green grips)

The built up shot with black fork looks waaaay choppery for a race bike, but may just be the angle of the shot - is that a third fork?

I'd go for the carbon-look lowers if fork's the same otherwise as the green one

I think the carbon lowers look more pimp than the green and will look better on your bike. My wife has scale carbon, nice bike.

yea I know, I was only being an arse ๐Ÿ™‚ Seriously though I guess black would be better, but the green would make you more recognisable if you have anyone watching out for you in the race. Stuff like this doesnt always translate well in a photo...in the flesh might be a different matter entirely.

screw what everyone else thinks, anyway. If you like it it is good.

(I used to drive a Triumph Vitesse and used to get ribbed for it all the time ๐Ÿ™‚ )
