It looks to me as you can't one finger brake with these type of glove
BTW - Planet X have them on offer @ £12

Generally better for the road, but some brands do a 3+1 configuration to allow 1 finger braking (my Phew ones are like that).

I've got Spesh Elements which are a semi lobster. Outer two fingers are in mini-mittens and the others are separate. Good balance of control and warmth.

I find Lobsters are fine on my SS, but it all gets a bit fiddly with gears as well
