As title, not sure what size to buy, frame is a standard steel Whyte 19, not sure on sizing?.
Any users have a clue?

Dont bother buying one - make one out of an old innertube and tie wraps.

I use inner tubes too but they might not be the look you are going for. HAving said that I don't like lizard skins much either.
Steel tubes are often thin so go for the thinest ones.
