[Closed] Little chain device thingy

A while ago I bought a chain device it was like a small metal plate that was held onto the seatube by a plastic bracket, the plate pushed up agaisnt the chain and stopped it from dropping down inside the little ring.
Cant find it online as I want another one, all my search terms bring up sit he pauls chain keeper and it isnt that. Help???
