As my training for the London-Edinburgh-London is ramping up, I'm going to be out on the bike for longer and longer, usually on my own. This means increased times where I need to get off the bike and use the toilet, buy food etc. Times like that I want to lock the bike up, but don't want to be carrying a hefty great thing with me.
I know usually security=weight, but are there any decent moderately secure locks out there that don't weigh a tonne and a half?

I use an Abus mini-U 401 for brief stops in london. Not too heavy and a gold security rating (kryptonite new-york mini U lock). About £60.
