recently got myself one of the new Exposure joysticks with the fancy-dan smart port which can power other things. i have to say it is a really really nice product, well worth the cash in my opinion
i'd be in the market for a Red Eye, except it apparently has zero side visibility which doesn't seem good for a rear light! no doubt the next generation will be improved
in the mean time i was thinking about making my own in the workshop at work. i'm ok with the designing, machining etc but electronics is not my bag. i'm hoping it'll be simple
anyone know whether the Joystick will output the right voltage/current so i can just wire the LED directly?
or do i need extra circuitry etc to control it?
