We're planning a trip there this year. Heard it has other bike parks nearby or is part of a bigger riding network.. Does anyone have any info on this please?
Thanks
If you like the downhill tracks or dirtjumps the bike park's your place. Also in the other valley (Saalbach/Hinterglemm) accessible by lift and ride there's more downhill.
This is part of the 5 lifts tour which is ok but once done there didn't seem to be much more around in the way of trails if that's your bag.
Having said that, we were in Saalbach.
double post
Been out there a couple o times, you can get loads of runs in a day, and theres plenty other places to go if you have transport and dont mind a wee bit o driving.
Saalbach has a couple of runs and theres the x line at hinterglemm. Wagrain has lots of runs and different options and is a great set up for bikers with showers and bike wash.
There is a "freeride" run at Kitzbuhel and lots of singletrack stuff that is fun with a big bike.
You should have a look through "Mountain Biking Europe" by Footprint for some ideas.
