Anyone tried a non-boost crankset on the latest Cotic BFe? Pricing up a build and keen to recycle some (fairly pretty) Raceface Turbines... Wondering if they'll fit as standard, or possibly with a smaller/ offset ring (104BCD though).

Your turbines just need a boost ring, depending on. chainring size/clearance you might get away without one.

Reach out to Cotic. My SolarisMax(es) ran a non-boost chainline fine

I asked Cotic, they said i'd have to try it... carefully 🙂
Haven't found a boost (offset) ring in 104BCD yet. Still looking though.

Could you put it on the outside of the spider rather than the inside?
