how exactly do you attach this to the helmet? i can see obviously how you attach it to the joystick etc, but i dont see how you are able to thread it on the helmet somehow? am i missing something, or just being a total bellend?

Thread the strap through one of the vent holes, then the light through the strap. Job done.

hook it around your ear, or loop it through an earring.

i know im being mega dim here bear with me ๐Ÿ˜† - i gather the strap goes through the vent, but what does it connect to, to secure it from falling off?

the light attaches to that thin bit on the lanyard- check...

then the actual lacey bit sits inside/through your helmet vents, but what does that attach to, to secure it? if the light got ripped off frome a tree or something, the lanyard wouldnt be secured to anything and just come out with the light?

i am being really simple i know ๐Ÿ˜†

put the loop through one vent into the helmet and out another vent. from the outside of the helmet you should have a loop and a light. pass the light through the loop. ๐Ÿ™‚

now attach the light to the bracket and it is secure.

I thought all helmets came with a lanyard hook inside them, tucked away under a little flap specifically to fit U.S.E helmet lights?
