Going up to the lakes for a week next week staying up on the fells above ullswater at the pooley bridge end.
will be with my non riding S/O so need recommendations for shortish rides in the area.
are there any good routes around helvellyn/glenridding that can be done in a few hours?
I can ride out the door onto the fells on the eastern side of ullswater so staring there would be ideal

Loadpot Hill via Moor Divock 🙂
Moor Divock road/bw, road to Scale Fm, BW to Keldhead and Loadpot Hill, then down to The Cockpit & turn left to Martindale, back on shore road.
