Hopefully going next week with a couple of riding buddies(arrive, ride, stay overnight, ride then drive home).
Any recommendations for where to stay? Cheaper the better(1 night).

Ladybower Inn is a great location, accommodation and food is good and you can ride straight on the trails from it.
2 great youth hostels in the area, both edale and castleton have private rooms for 2 or 4, the castleton one is a lovely old house.

you can start a ride from the door at both.
There's a youth hostel in Hathersage too (my home village) with a couple of pubs and two good curry houses too.
eyam yha is my fave in that area.
