I just got one of these fitted it and had a little spin to try it out.. For anyone who's interested.
Goes up and down as advertised. I don't need to move on my saddle but I do need to lead forward to make it drop. In my normal seated position it's locked out, if I move forward on my saddle it does have some up and down movement when extended. Apparently it supposed to but as I say completely locked when I'm riding as normal. Seals look OK and are octagonal like the sanction. No twist in the saddle at all.
Going to make a boot for it out of a innertube and will see how it holds up I'm a big fella so if it's breakable I'll break it.
Looks worth the 50 odd quid I paid so far. Worth a try I suppose.
