Judging by that brake bridge, looks like someone's modded an old gas-pipe frame - probably lots of short sections welded together

It looks a hoot. I like it. But wouldn't want to ride it.
? an old frame with a section taken out of the top tube and replaced with some easily bendable i.e. not suitable for a bike tubing.
