Knog are great - very impressed.
I bought a Boomer light on ebay a couple of months ago - new from a non-pro trader.
It was/went faulty - kept turning on and off during my commute home. Ebay punter didn't respond, so I emailed Knog and asked if there was anything they could do.
They asked fro a photo of the item and proof of purchase (Paypal email receipt), and a week later, I've just received a brand new Boomer from Knog - marvellous!

I had one of the computers, classic case of form over funtion. lasted about 3 rides before water got in and aI binned it. Should have sent it back 🙄
