Training was going pretty well for bike-fest up until last week when The outside of my right knee started to ache and I keep getting aches in it.
I was putting in some long road rides 4-5 hours about once every 5 days with no issues then last saturday the pain started.
The Pain runs from the top right of my shin, about 2 inches from the knee up to the outside center of my knee.
Any tips on how to alleviate the ache and make sure its ok for next week?

Rest it. Give it a chance to recover.
