Myself and a friend are looking to cycle the KAW at the end of May, hopefully things will have dried out by then, and whilst I would be more than happy to wild camp he is not. So I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a list of B&B's/Pubs/hostels etc. that are on route and bike friendly, first hand recommendations even better.
We would be looking to do it over three days, two nights starting most likely in Reading as that's convenient for both of us, so give or take a bit a 120km and 240km or so from there.

Struggled to find anything hindhead/liphook/liss area but we were begin picky for nice places.
Talking of, the nicest was the Greyhound in Stockbridge. A bit posh and hunty/shooty, but they didn't bat an eye when we turned up dripping wet and covered in shyte.
My mate is in the middle of organising it for us in September. Travel lodge to start (after 200 mile drive) then day two at Fox and Goose at Greywell. Not sure about nights three and four, but night five is back at the travel lodge.
The Fox and Goose has said we can camp for free if we eat/drink at the pub - like we won't - is the Pope Catholic..
Might have dried out by September.
The Marlborough pub in Marlborough - stayed there last year when doing KAW - was great and able to leave the bike in the stores out the back

This is a timely thread - I was hoping to talk the wife into it during June. I assume all the places mentioned have safe bike storage.
Will be travelling from Yorkshire so was hoping to start at the top of the loop & leave the car for 4 nights.
We're doing same - travel from Manchester and leave the car for 4 days at the 'top of' the loop - hopefully at the travel lodge, but we'll ask. Went for travel lodge as a nearby pub wanted over £500 for two nights for the 3 of us. Travel lodge was £200
I didn't find this resource until after we had completed the ride in 2021, perfect for what you want I think.

Great ride, really enjoyed it over the 5 days.
I highly recommend Dorwyn Manor at Avebury. Very friendly and a great breakfast. They have somewhere to store bikes (I won’t go into details as I wouldn’t want to tip off any potential ne’er-do-wells) and let us have use of the hose pipe to wash them down. http://dorwynmanor.com/
The benefit of a Travelodge and Premier Inn is that they let you take the bikes into the rooms.
