Any owners with thoughts on frame sizing? Would have normally gone for a 57cm frame, but from what (little) I can gather on t'interweb, the frames come up quite large? Debating a 54cm frame now maybe?

Soothe my mind with helpful advice.

I'm 5'10" with a long body. I moved from a 56 specialized tricross to a 54 tripster. I probably could have gone iq size smaller but it works well with a 90 stem. Considering trying a 100 on there. Where are you based?

In Leeds at the mo. I'm 5'10" too and starting to lean a little more towards the 54cm now.

I'm also thinking of putting a Thomson layback post on there but it would have to be the 410 version so the bend is as low as possible. That will give me enough to clamp in the workstand you see. The shorter posts have a shorter bend at a greater angle.

Anyway, the point is, there's enough seatpost showing for it to work with the 410 layback Thomson. Might struggle if I shrink though.

Did you use drop or flat bars on your 54cm out of interest?

Think I'm gonna build with flat bars so might chance the 57cm frame as I won't be as stretched out as would be with drops. Cheers for the info.

You might find crotch clearance will be tight at that.
