Anyone done it? Is it marked on the ground or due you have to navigate your own way around the route. The FC site isn't exactly helpful.

It is signposted. I did it a few weeks ago.
I still managed to miss a turn on the way back and ended up right down at Lewisburn when I wanted to pick up the Lonesome Pine trail back to the village.
