Hi all. I have an original Kaffenback and want to upgrade the heavy/harsh forks. Currently use front racks and wandered about my options for this. Ribble do a reasonably priced carbon fork with V-mounts here:

Does anyone know of a front rack that would fit or any other way to make the bike more comfortable/lighter? e.g. carbon bars.
Thought about modding a rear rack to fit the fork but it could make the panniers a touch high.
They will only sell you the ones you posted in conjunction with a frame by the look of it.
These forks are only supplied when you also order a Ribble 7005 CX or CR1 Frame.
serves me right for not actually reading the blurb.
That seems weird. I'd be tempted to have a go at buying them anyway, it might be fine.
Or if you want a carbon fork that has mounts for a low rider front rack then:
