Just had my first 'Big' off in years, got a massive flap of skin hanging off my knee..... anyone got any nice injury pics? in that kind of mood now
You don't want to see the state of my arse after a heavy landing on some rocks a couple of weeks ago. I'd just got confident in riding in the snow, too. If you get the option, try to fall on the rocks but land on the snow - I got it the wrong way around!
No your ok I'll hold off that picture. My knee is killing me, not sure if this flap bit is going to need some stiches..((

i spent everyday in the bike shop trying to pedal a full circle. as soon as i did i went to herts shore for a ride 🙂
