Following on from the 'say it out loud' thread . . . check this out . . . The Brodie Catalyst ๐
Put that top tube any lower or the stays any higher and that'll look like one of those girls bikes. Forks look like very low in the travel department too.
Ugly.
Looks like somwething from Toys R Us. Sorry to say, as I usually like what Brodie turn out. That's a munter, though.
Just me then ๐ - but if it was a singlespeed . . .
It's a woman's bike! Sorry, but now that I've seen that I'm happy with what I've got!

Just me then - but if it was a singlespeed . . .
Then it would be stupid and ugly. But niche.
It would be the Gerard Depardieu of the bike world as a S/S
I'd ride that.....
Mama - I assume it was you at Cwmcarn on Monday - can't be too many women on bright orange Tazers riding the DH track? I was waiting in the uplift queue when you went whizzing past.
Yes, that was me Jon . . . not sure about the whizzing bit though. I'd just fitted new 100mm forks and was needing new underwear after the road drop ๐ฏ . Longer travel replacements are winging their way from CRC as we speak ๐
See your bike? It's a girl's bike. It's for girls
and so on.
That Brodie is purdy. :fact:
The larger sizes look great.
The small size elevates the handlebars higher than the saddle.
And the slope of the top tube does make it look girly.
Just for those folks who think they're sorted . . . here's a nice hardtail
If you didn't use that 'cocky' title then you wouldn't get 'cocky' replies lol.(He was joking folks.)
BTW I'm sorted running full xtr and carbon... ๐
Mamadirt-Your bike looks pretty good actually-what size is it?
http://www.progressive-bikes.co.uk/catalyst.html
Hmmm steel-should be a nice ride.
Well, neither of those I've posted are mine . . . then I guess you probably knew that ๐ .
I'm currently sorted with this tiny Tazer (I'd swap it for the CRC team version though up there).
It's plop plop.
Agree wirh comments above, looks like a girls bike.
