Golly if I say it it was pretty. Nothing quite like it, but I still think getting up at 4am to go for ride is insane.

I've just had a shower and breakfast after my dawn cross country run, it's been my routine for years and I've been trying to keep it a secret just how good it is in those hours. You've let the cat out of the bag, now everyone will be doing it!
