OK will probably need a service(?)but my joplin 3 went down and wont spring back up again - I can manually pull it up if I depress the bar mount but theres no "spring" in it - any ideas? Goes down ok....I think.
Also any ideas where I can get it serviced/fixed?
Your best bet is sending it back to 2pure - even if out of warranty. They are proper good at sorting these out (I only found this out after I learned how to completely dissasemble mine ๐ )
The interim solution is to pump it back up with a shock pump - but that will be a short term solution and the required frequency will increase as it gets older.
Otherwise the seal in the head is probably gone. DIY fixable but you need to make the required tool.
Basically - ring 2pure with your nice hat / voice.
Forgot to add - the instructions on how to pump it up and not spray yourself with oil, and also if you want to diy it are here:

But honestly - call 2pure.
Thanks for the info, great link and will have a read out of interest but I know that if I try it there will be oil and screws all over the place and the likliehood of me fixing it is, well remote to say the least! I will try 2Pure tomorrow, Matt
